We do not charge members to view listings. As a company we believe listings should be free and accessible to all. Yes – any listing on CIMLS.com can be found on any of these search engines. Each their web crawlers index the entire CIMLS.com database. However, most traffic from search engines is directed through our local search pages. When a searcher conducts a query such as “commercial properties in new jersey” the will find a CIMLS.com local page such as:
http://www.cimls.com/location_review/newjersey-commercial-real-estate.htm. From there a user will view a list of the most recently added properties in that locality from the CIMLS.com database.
The listings you see on CIMLS.com come from our members. Primarily, our members will log in to cimls.com and input their listings. However, we also offer an automated bulk upload option.

Yes. Please use the contact form at the bottom of this page and we can get your account set up for bulk uploading and updating. Currently, this is done via an excel file which you can automatically submit online or submit via email on a monthly basis.

Once your property is listed simply visit My Account where you can see how many views from visitors and views from CIMLS.com members your property has received (below the Listings Views graph) organized by for sale and for list. By clicking on a property you can see a property specific breakdown of views.
Click "Edit Properties" in the navigation bar at the top of the screen and then select the property you wish to edit from the list. This will also set the 'Last Updated' date of your properties to the present. We primarily organize listings by the Last Updated date to show the most recently updated properties first. So, we encourage our members to update their properties as often as possible.

No. Here at CIMLS.com protecting your information is our number one priority. The only emails we send users are account or system updates. That’s it. On your listings we don’t list your email. Instead we use a contact form for users to reach you. This ensures that spammers that crawl the web for email addresses can’t find (or abuse) yours.
