The commercial building is 14,000 square feet situated on 1.77 acres +/- in Mineral County, West Virginia. The building is serviced by all public utilities. In fact, it is service with 400 amperage, three phase electrical service, (2) higher efficiency electric and natural gas HVAC units in the showroom; natural gas forced air heat in the service area; and hot water natural gas baseboard heat in the body shop. There are three huge offices in the showroom, with two restrooms and and a service closet.
