The building frame is steel with columns laid out on an approximately 22' by 22' grid. Floor construction consists of reinforced concrete poured over metal decking. The metal roof is supported by open web bar joists. The Data Center is a cast-in place reinforced concrete structure. The exterior walls on three (3) sides are covered with bermed earth and these walls act as retaining walls. In addition, there are interior steel columns and open web bar joists which support the concrete roof system. The Fitness Center has been constructed in several phases with a combination of steel framing, wood framing and load bearing masonry.
