Cougar Creek Retail Center is a proposed 3.78 Acre site located at 1308 NE 78th Street, Vancouver, in South West Washington, State close to the I-5 corridor. Cougar Creek Commerce Center, LLC, has proposed a phased commercial/retail development consisting of the following: a 21,600 square foot, one-story multi-tenant retail building; a 3,000 square foot, one-story bank/drive-thru restaurant; and a 12,350 square foot, one-story multi-tenant building which includes a 4,500 square foot sit down restaurant. The project will be phased, with individual phases taking place according to market conditions, tenant requirements, etc and not following any predetermined order.

The project includes the construction of parking, utility and other related infrastructural improvements. The proposals include a three-lot short plat to create individual lots for each building. Construction of the project would take place upon approval and procurement of all applicable reviews and permits.
