The existing facility is improved with a two-story wood frame commercial office building. The building has a gross area of 3,616 square feet with 2,312 SF on the first floor and 1,304 SF on the second floor. The space is configured for multiple tenants and in 2015 yielded an annual income of approximately $86,000.

The remainder of the front portion of the site is improved with six self buildings.There are 147 units ranging in size from 5'x10' to 20'x20' for a total of 22,000 net rentable square feet.
