Application is in process for approval by FEMA of a CLOMR-F site plan. The plan which is site specific is for development of two industrial buildings and corresponding retention. The western portion of the site is designed for a 50,400 square foot ground level building on 4.56 acres; the eastern portion of the site is designed for 180,000 square feet, dock high, on 12.44 acres. The site is in an area of major warehousing and distribution operations, including Rooms-To-Go and Southern Wine & Spirits, and lies immediately to the north of the proposed 720-acre Flagler Development business park, Lakeland Central Park. The area is within easy access of the Polk Parkway, County Line Road

and I-4, as well as Lakeland Linder Regional Airport.
