Gresham Park was built in 1991 by the current owners for long term ownership. There are 51 units, consisting of 4 multi-plex buildings and one building containing all of the garages. All main floor units are designed for handicap accessibility. There are 32, 2 bedroom, 1 bath units and 19, 3 bedroom, 2 bath units; 18 upper floor units have wood burning fireplaces. Each unit has a deck or patio. In addition, there is a dedicated playground area and asphalt paved basketball court area.

All units have a separate utility closet with washer and dryer including bi-fold doors and automatic venting. Many of the units have upgraded vinyl flooring, appliances, and carpeting. An on-site trash compactor was added in 2008.

The buildings are wood frame with low maintenance vinyl lap siding on the exterior and wood lap siding on the covered stairwells. The roof was upgraded in 2003 with architectural grade, hand nailed shingles (high wind resistant application).
