Linden Centre is a shopping center in the midst of being redeveloped. A brand new Comfort Inn & Suites hotel opened in May of 2018.

The center offers a number of freestanding pad sites for a bank, restaurants, retail and office spaces. The property is situated in a prime location along Route 230, directly across from the Harrisburg International Airport and the military base that is home to the 193rd Special Operations wing. Penn State Harrisburg campus and student housing is directly across the street from the center, where approximately 5,000+ students full and part-time attend, housing for 1,800+ students. Amtrak Train Station is being relocated within a mile and construction started in 2016 with a ridership of approximately 68,047 riders with a revenue of $2,306,330 in 2018.
