The Gray Goose is a newly-renovated former tobacco warehouse in downtown Janesville. Built in 1898, the building features post-and-beam construction, exposed brick and rafters, and open floor plans. Each floor has key card access controls for added security. The 4th floor is clear span space with a vaulted ceiling and great views of downtown. Current tenants are a property management firm, a web development company, and a bridal boutique.
