The owner purchased this building in 2008 and totally refurbished the building to accommodate semi detailing and paint work. The two front overhead doors both have concrete entrance pads, used for the steam cleaning and frame painting rooms. The steam room has a state approved 1500 gal.slug tank which is buried under the concrete entrance pads, with the clean out manholes accessible from the concrete slabs. There's also a truck entrance overhead door on the south side, with the main truck entrance door at the east side.
