The potentials for this building and location are unbelievable. Want to keep it as a Beverage Barn/Mini Store that's great. People need something easy to eat and drink on their way to and from work or during their busy day while their taking care of business. Better yet what Ingleside and this area needs is a business that sells fishing boats, does small repairs, sales parts, fishing gear, etc. There is nothing worse then putting your boat in the water and the boat plugs are missing. The day is ruined, the kids are upset, no fish and now you have to drive all the way over to Corpus Christi. As I said the possibilities are unlimited.
