14 unit building on the corner of S Paulina St and W 78th St. 3 units still need a little renovation. The other 11 units have been rehabbed 2 years ago, so everything is still fresh and up to any codes or standards. Indoor corridor entrances and the building has two separate entrances. The building is split in the middle so half of the units belong to one entrance and vice versa. Great building but it does come with one major issue, the owner has become very sick for 2+years and has lost control over the building . 9 units are occupied but only one tenant pays their rent. Any new owner of this building will have to deal with these clients either by working with them or evicting them, up to the owners discretion. Great building for good income if all tenants would pay their rent.
