Harbor Square retail shops are situated in a superior Leland location opposite the harbor, Lake Michigan and historic Fishtown. Consisting of two identical buildings with an aggregate walkway between them, there are a total of 5 retails shops all of which are rented to tenants. Each retailer has lockable dry basement storage of equal size to their retail area. Each building has a central hallway with a bathroom that provides each retailer access to their shop from the back of the building and to the basement stairway.
