Three separate tax parcels - 37.38 and 22.41 unrestricted acres situated in between the towns of Forest City and Spindale, along with a .51 acre lot in Knollwood S/D which is the access to the 22.41 acres. The 37.38 acres is accessed from Mapp Street in Spindale and would be ideal for a minor subdivision; either residential, manufactured or light commercial. There are several interior roads roughed-in in both tracts. There is also a sewer line above the northern side of the creek which divides the two parcels. The ideal use for the 22.41 acre would be a residential single family development compatible with the adjoining subdivision but with larger lots. A small part of this tract is subject to Forest City ETJ at this time. FC is in the process of removing this from their jurisdiction.
