This building is massive and was once the lavish Old Opera House, and had been turned into apartments many years later. It is in the Kenmare Renaissance Zone and may qualify for some benefits. There are some structural issues so it is recommended that you enter at your own risk. Once these issues are resolved, it could be awesome whether you remodel it back into apartments, or use your imagination and turn it into some other spectacular business.
