Through collaboration amongst the current property ownership, consulting engineer and the real estate advisor, a conceptual plan for a senior living style development was conceived. This concept plan was discussed with certain Village of Carpentersville staff members and met with openness. That said, a full official submittal process would need to be undertaken to achieve approval for development plans of any variation or type.
