The zoning is defined as general commercial, which includes senior housing.

The property is identified as Lots 12 & 13 of Hammond Creek in Dalton, Georgia. The parcel has a rectangular shape with 610 feet of footage on the North Dalton Bypass and access from Riverbirch Parkway. It has about $1 million of infrastructure with graded to curb level and DOT approved curb and curb gutters, storm drain, and retention pond. The site has all utilities including sewer and ready to build pending permits (architectural plans available).
