Former Bremer Trust & Savings Building built in 1916. Remodeled in 1978 by Key Bank, in 1998 and 2010 by the current owners. Building is a concrete and masonry structure with beautiful terracotta tile upper facade and friezes. ADA access at entrance, to second floor via elevator, wide doors and halls and restroom stall access. Emergency exits and multiple entrances. Building retains much of its original appeal in the solid oak window and door trim and transoms above the upstairs office doors; terrazzo floors with inlay; marble main staircase; and several exposed brick and oak encased interior walls. The building also has a working bank vault, four restrooms and two kitchens.
