Corcoran is a farming community near Visalia and Hanford. Whitley is THE major retail street, with Taco Bell next door; then The Auto Zone, a supermarket and Mc Donalds on the corner.

Large parking lot. Building has separate Air conditioning, front and back. Newer half of building in the rear, built with sandblasted concrete block in the 70s, luminous ceiling with dimmers (flourescent).
