Bannockburn Atrium was built in 1978 by Pepper Construction for developer Harry Dolan. He offices in the building, and continues to own and operate it.

Three wings of three stories each come together in a large, open, lushly landscaped atrium. The building is home to 20 companies as well as a complete gourmet restaurant for breakfast and lunch, a fully equipped fitness center free to all tenants, a 16 seat conference center free to all tenants, a vending room and a covered smokers' shelter.

Lots of parking (over 500 stalls) surround the building, making the farthest spots only a few steps to one of the building's six entrances. Security and after-hours access is by state-of-the-art monitored electronic security. The Building complies with FDA, HIPPA, and SOX requirements.

And next door is College Park Athletic Club with nine indoor tennis courts, five racquetball courts, and a fully equipped fitness center with both machines and free weights. Bannockburn Executive Plaza tenants get a discounted membership rate.

And next to the Club is the 127 room La Quinta Inn & Suites, with conference facilities available. Another hotel, Hawthorne Suites, is just across the Tollway, and the famous Lincolnshire Marriott Resort is less than three miles away.

Adjacent to the Plaza, Club, and Hotel is Trinity International University, an 1,000 student undergraduate liberal arts college and an 1,800 student graduate divinity school (3rd largest seminary in the U.S.).
