This Safeway anchored shopping center is undergoing an expansion with Phase II shops. This is a solid middle-class trade area in the path of growth in the northwest Tucson trade area of Marana. Saguaro Bloom, one of the fastest growing residential communities in Southern Arizona, is just to the north of the center. Phase II will have a range of spaces starting at 1,100 sq. ft., and a new PAD building is under construction with an Orange Theory Fitness and an additional 2,000 sq. ft. drive thru space available.
