The current tenant is seeking a new tenant to take over the remaining terms of their existing lease (full sublease), or enter into a shared office space agreement. Only half of the current amount of space available in Suite 1-1560 is being used by the current tenant. This is standard office space with stand-alone desks, break out tables, a conference room, and break room.

Sublease - the total office space can accommodate a tenant with around 20 employees and also includes a storage space in Suite 1-0630G that is an estimated 200 sq ft (will be verified for you).

Shared Lease - a tenant with around 10 or less employees would have plenty of space available to take over the unused space. The conference room and break room would be shared space. The new tenants would also have access to the majority of the storage space available in Suite 1-0630G
