Lakeshore Mall is the only enclosed regional mall within 40 miles of Sebring, which is located on U.S. Highway 27, a major north/south corridor between Orlando and Miami. Continued growth has caused the expansion of three high schools, four middle schools and eight elementary schools within the past few years.
