Suite 1 is the most visible suite, it can be seen from both directions of traffic and has lots of natural light. It has central HVAC and is an ideal location for any business that needs visibility. It has 2 sections in the main suite area and there is a separate large closet/storage area in the back. Each suite has its own private restroom. The floors can be changed or painted, and the back main area could be built out to have a counter and sink.
