This used to be Celebration Station's track area. It has two easements to it from the ingress point on Veterans Blvd (which will be enlarged to 60') that pass to the north and to the south of the existing child care center, with the main one along the Veterans border near the I-10 West entrance. Only the one road along the back of the property near the canal is in use today. It would be ideal for a destination user such as a garden center, car dealer, Cracker Barrel, etc. because of the high visibility - especially from eastbound traffic on I-10.
