The Clark Building with office space available for LEASE

This historic building served as a screening area for many early MGM films, while Warner Brothers' regional office was located in the penthouse suite. Today the Clark Building boasts a restored grand entrance, an extension of the vibrant cultural district in which the building resides.

Architectural experts have long admired the decor of the Clark Building which include marble hallways, window moldings and brass elevators. For over 75 years the buildings' 23 floors have housed jewelers, offices, and specialty shops.

Many upgrades to the buildings infrastructure include a new HVAC system, a fire safety system and a completely renovated elevator system.
