125 feet frontage on the St. Mary's River, right across from St. Joseph Island, Canada. Rocky Point Road runs along the back of the property. The river is the main shipping channel between Lake Superior and Lake Huron. Rocky Point is just north of the property, the southern tip of Munuscong Bay, known for some of the finest fresh water fishing in the world. The deed includes an easement to use the dock at the campground, which is north of the property. A permit from the US Corp of Engineers was obtained to dig a channel up to the docking.
