The main building is 37,500 square feet containing packing, cold storage, office and dock area on a 6.52-acre site. Cold storage utilizes a freon refrigeration system. The plant is supplied with 800-amp electrical service. The hydro-cooler is located adjacent to the plant and has a separate power source. There is a bin storage building with open sides and a 22-foot eave height. There are two recessed loading docs and one at ground level.
