Refrigerated packing house and distribution facility on 5 acres. This facility is divided into seven separate chambers all of which contain multiple commercial refrigeration units capable of reducing indoor temperatures to near freezing, including a 20' x 30' freezer which will chill to below zero degrees. Our former distribution center is approximately 9000 SF. Ceiling height is 18'8" at the eves and 22'6" at the peak. 7 docks: 5 standard and 3 covered platform docks. Built in 2011. Currently a packing house for Blueberries.
