If you're looking for a new home site that is close enough into town and yet close to all the outdoor activities then you should make the drive to see this partially wooded home site. The views of the mountains are amazing! Just off Hwy 411 there is also a launch to float the Hiwassee River right past the community. About 10 minutes from downtown Benton, TN, you have views of the mountain range parallel to the highway as you make the drive to the lot. Access to I75 is not far down Hwy 411, Etowah, TN is a bit to the north, and Cleveland, TN is a short drive over to the west.
