There is a mechanical room that houses the in-floor boiler heating system, the 200 amp electric panel, natural gas powered forced air furnace, etc. Sale includes electric stove, refrigerator, electric powered CM Lodestar ceiling mounted hoist, and a floor mounted lift that are all presently in the hangar.

Both sides of the steel exterior have a 3’ high section of cut decorative rock. The roof is insulated and is metal. There is concrete extending approximately 30’ outwards from the entire length of the hangar door. There is also asphalt on the West side of the building extending approximately 20’ from the building outward to the street access to the hangar lot.
