Constructed in approximately 1883. the Juttner building is a two-story building located in Menominee's Historic Waterfront District. The building has a gross building area of 7200 sq. ft. The 1st floor was most recently renovated in 2010 with a dining area (110 person capacity) bar area, restrooms, walk-in cooler, full kitchen and food preparation area. Restaurant and bar is open and active and is under lease until May 2022. The 2nd floor has access by : private entrance from 1st St, from main building foyer; and from the fire exit to the rear. Second floor is a mix of several small offices, storage areas, restrooms, and is mostly in need of renovation by the new owner.
