The current owner has been working with the city for several years to join the lots and obtain site approval to build 13,600 additional sq. ft. of warehouse for a total of 18,600. Seller has updated survey, new geological analysis, underground permitting, submitted permits for buildings and a 2018 environmental report. The plans for the new warehouse call for 30' ceilings and 14' x 14' overhead doors. There is also a 100' turning radius as required for fire safety.
