Poipu Kai Racquet Club #2 is a vacant commercially permitted space located on the ground floor of the same building as Kalapaki Joe's Poipu location at the main entrance to the Poipu Kai Resort. The County Land Use designation is Residential-10 however there is a Class 4 zoning permit in place that currently allows for specific special commercial uses. The most recent Permit allows for resort related services or office space and a copy of the current Class IV zoning permit is available.
