This building started out as a Little Red School house. It is made of brick construction, a newer metal roof and vintage windows. Areas of the building have wood floors. There is an attached garage bay with a roll up door. The ceilings are tall and the rooms spacious. The building could be converted to quite a few uses. This building is located approximately 1.3 miles from the New Rockwood Marina and RV Resort.
