This old building and location served a great deal of people in Edwardsburg over the years. from a gas station, restaurant and antique store. The State of Michigan, and our Cass Cty Treasurer ,were extremely helpful in the removal of the building and the underground tanks and has given the property a clean bill of health on soil contamination and we await the ground water condition but no reason it wont pass as well.
