The Felsted Products LLC manufacturing plant (Site 84), located at 8551 County Road 245, Holmesville, Ohio, consists of a 33,561 square foot (m/l) building with about 28,384 square feet of manufacturing area adjacent to approximately 5,177 square foot office facility. These improvements are situated on 6.862 surveyed acres affording room for plant expansion.

The plant is located at the northwest edge of Holmesville, Ohio and in a small industrial park which shows little sign of vacancy. It is an attractive facility in an area with a good work force, according to the plant manager. Holmes County is a positive growth county located northeast of Columbis and southwest of Cleveland and has a population in excess of 38,000. Wooster and Millersburg are larger towns to the north and south, respectively. The industrial areas of Akron, Cleveland & Mansfield are all situated in a northerly direction and within a 30 to 90 minute drive.
