CITY OF THORNE BAY

REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS w/ PROPOSAL

The City of Thorne Bay, located on the east side of Prince of Wales Island, approximately 42 air miles from Ketchikan, is requesting proposals for the purchase of 3 separate tracts of land and associated buildings in the Downtown Business District.

Full bid / proposal requirements and all associated documentation are available at www.thornebay-ak.gov or by contacting the Thorne Bay City Clerk, PO Box 19110, Thorne Bay, Alaska 99919. Bids / proposals will be accepted by mail or hand-delivered only until 4:00 p.m Friday January 1, 2010.

The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City Council reserves the right to accept a lower bid amount if in the determination of the Council, the intended purpose of the property serves a greater benefit to the City of Thorne Bay.
