The facility spans approx. 11,800 sq. ft. and is being used as an auto body repair shop that has custom built down draft paint booth as well as a wash stall and equipped with two frame rack /machines, a small oil change lift and lined in arc welders and one miller tig welder. The shop features Modine heaters throughout. The shop and office area is equipped with a one year old heat pump with one bathroom and two offices along with one bathroom in the shop area as well. The building is a one level block building with three phase power. The building has 13 roll up doors 8 feet tall, one door is 10 foot tall. There are 5 double bay doors and the rest are singles. There is also a large pole shed and 3 cargo containers for storage behind the shop.
