Amazing!! This original, 1909 Public Library has been completely renovated, including heating, electrical, doors, windows, and roof. The interior is in almost perfect original condition, giving it a warm and charming feel for any office space or small business. This is a great opportunity to be part of Panguitch History; owning this charming building. Best of all, living in Panguitch with its quiet and friendly neighborhoods. The building offers many extras including 3 bathrooms, laundry room and a nice kitchen area. Please call Denny Orton for information. 435-590-1756.
