LOCATION!! LOCATION!! LOCATION!! Prime retail space in the heart of Rocky Face. This building has been in Rocky Face for about as long as Rocky Face has been around. For years known as Slims Hitching Post this 3,000 plus square foot building is located with easy in and out thanks to the red-light on 41. Prior to it being Slims the building served as the post office for the area. Steeped in history and greatly preserved but the two previous owners this is your chance to own a piece of local history. The building can be split into three individual bays or open the main building up as one and have an additional bay on the side. the opportunities are endless.
