Utilities are already installed, half of the parking lot is in, and the site is mostly landscaped, including access to our professional putting green. The Building 2 site is designed for a 2-story building that would be a smaller version of Building 1. A skywalk from Building 1 could be installed to give second story access without the expense of adding another elevator, while connecting you easily to the great tenant mix and conference room in Building 1.

The Building 3 site is designed for a 1,927 s.f. single story building that wraps around the existing live oaks and creates a more visible location for a business needing that street-side exposure.
