Owner will provide all contacts, introductions, database, and will train a qualified buyer if desired and if needed. Owner prefers to settle into retirement slowly. Owner is willing to stay on as needed as a consultant for a pre-defined period following the sale, to ensure a smooth transition, and to help ensure no loss of business revenue, due to new ownership.

New owner base knowledge, skill, experience in and preferred certifications: MI Storm Water Operators Licenses, Quality in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, ISO 13485, TS-16949, MI OSHA. Owner will offer customized training to the buyers experience to ensure they have the skills to take up the book of business and continue its growth and profitability.
