A 5 acre parcel, on which is constructed eight buildings totaling 63,937 square feet of rentable space with enclosed units for the storage of recreational vehicles and boats, covered open air parking, and personal self storage. The project was built in 2004 near the shore of Lake Powell, in Greenehaven, Arizona.

Lake Powell is a 186 mile long man-made lake, with some 1800 miles of shoreline. It is an extremely popular boating area, drawing some 2.5 to 3 million visitors annually. Boaters are principally from the Western United States. The facility being acquired by the Company was designed with the more affluent boater in mind, in that the Property is completely paved, has pull-through enclosed and covered boat parking, as well as some self storage units. There are restroom facilities with showers, RV dump stations and trickle POWER to some of the enclosed units. The facility is gated with key card entry, and there is an experienced husband-and-wife management team who permanently reside in living facilities on the Property.

The Property is located just two miles from the North entrance of Lake Powell, and only five miles from two fully paved launch ramps at Wahweap Marina. The few competing storage facilities in the area are crude by comparison, with unpaved, limited or no facilities available. There is only one other enclosed facility close by, in Page, Arizona, about eight miles to the southeast of the Property.
