The White River, home to some of the nation's best year around trout fishing, is only a mile away. Bulls Shoals Lake is a short quarter mile walk. The Inn is located on Highway 178, the main road between the town of Bull Shoals and the city of Mountain Home.

There is a swimming pool and separate 4 by 18 foot kiddy pool for your younger guests. A shuffleboard court, a pavilion with tables and chairs, and two separate BBQ areas are close to the pool.

There are 14 motel units and 3 cabin units. The rooms vary in size and amentities. They sleep from 2 to 6 adults. Some have refrigerators, mini-bars, and microwaves.
