Sioux Pottery has been in business since 1958. The handcrafted collectables are made from red clay of the Black Hills (sacred to the Lakota People) and a fine imported white clay from Kentucky. Each piece is crafted by Sioux artists and decorated with designs and symbols important to their culture. The inventory will be sold separately at 50% of the retail value. One of the owners is a licensed real estate broker. If you wish to tour the facility, we need advance notice and the on-site owner will arrange a tour. Buyer is guaranteed a five year lease at minimum rent with options to renew. Or the building can be purchased separately for $385,700.
