Location: Located at mile 114 on the senic Glenn Highway in South Central Alaska. Approximatley 2.5 hours from Anchorage, Alaska; 1.5 hours from Palmer, Alaska: 4 hours from Valdez, Alaska. Majestic Valley provides it's guests with a convient and short drive from the Ted Stevens Airport in Anchorage, and also has a landing strip for small planes on property.

Guest Rooms: There are four brand new rooms in the main lodge, each with it's own full bath and a central common area. Glacier Hall is a rustic style building with 8 guest rooms (each with its own bath) and a common area with coffee service, sofas, and a dining room table. Also on the property are two small cabins, each with two beds and a bathroom. One delux cabin with a full kitchen, bedroom, living rooms, and large poarch. 27 total beds with the option to add more in some of the other buildings.

Owners Quarters: Located on the top floor of the three story lodge, it has three bedrooms, two full baths, living area, and walk out poarch.

Employee Quarters: Employees have typicaly stayed in the old lodge building. It has five beds, 1.5 baths, kitchnette, two living/dining areas and parking in the rear of the building.

Business Model: The lodge is a year round operation, with service to roadside traffic, weddings, hikers, and others in the summer; and cross country sking, snomobieling, hunting, and ice fishing in the winter. The busiest times of the year are June-September, and January-April. Most of our winter business is from Alaskans living in Anchorage or the Mat-Su valey, and summers vary with outside travelers and locals passing through.
