Two buildings were used for manufacturing, and eight buildings were used for warehousing. There are also two homes located on the nine acre property including a pond.

Fire monitoring systems are installed in all buildings. A dry hydrant system is located by building #4 and the pond, along with a fire hydrant located by the office (building#8). Security monitoring systems are installed in the office (building #8) and one of the residences (house#1).

Buildings #1, #2, #8, and both residences have water and gas as well as air conditioning and heating. All buildings have electricity except building #9. Building # 7 also has available gas and water connections.
