The Carriage House was built in 1902 by the co-founder of Scott and White Hospital, Dr. Arthur C. Scott, Sr.. Later, the property was convereted into a quiet, executive suite office building and is currently in use as an income producing property. TThe building has 8 execuitve office suites and two common area bathrooms.
