This property is a Total of 17.51 Acres with Rail access on site and is Zoned Heavy Industrial. The power plant is 500,000 SF (7 stories high). Separate building are the Pump house, Bag house, Cooling tower and the Stack. There is also a 30,000 SF Warehouse in the rear of the property. The Plant was built in 1892 by Allied Chemical a chemical manufacturer. Honeywell purchased the site in 1960 and converted it to a Coal burning power generation plant. In 1990 GDF Suez purchased the property and operated it as a Power Plant until it's closure in 2013. DMI Syracuse Acquisition Co. acquired the property in January of 2014. The plant has two large Turbines on site a Toshiba and an Elliot turbines and a high content of structual steel.

The plant sits across the street from the West Rock Cardboard factory (formally Rock- Tenn Co. corrugated packaging plant).
